A meeting on the change of command of some 40 armed people’s liberation formations under command of the People’s Liberation Army, the Commander-in-Chief is Strelkov Igor Ivanovich.

He is now in Donetsk surrounded by a 10.000 troops, some 1000 units of armored vehicles, armored artillery weapons Grad and Gvozdika.

“I would like to warn that provided within several hours the armored vehicles and military personnel are not driven away from Donetsk I shall not be in a position to be accountable for my actions. Then it makes no difference for me who are there – young 19 y.o. conscripts or mature professionals, and specifically private military formations which are present in the territory of Russia, sorry, Ukraine… I am very tired.. a slip of the tongue..   there will be no negotiations with anyone.. except for the representatives of the peoples’ authorities in each city..  acting mayors and so on, beginning with Lvov, Uzhgorod, Chernovtsy, (Ivano)Frankovsk, Ternopol, Khmelnitsky (oblast), Vinnitsa, Kiev and so on. With this list that is published on the Internet, of the traitors of Ukrainian people, those murderers and criminals, how many of them there – 16 or 17, the court will deal with them later on… there will be no negotiations, whatsoever. Provided the (military) vehicles are not driven off Donetsk  some 20-30 km, and checkpoints are not removed  – everything will be burnt down and destroyed. I already have my raid and recon teams ready. We have heavy armaments.

I would like to say..  let us do it this so that none of soldiers or civilians died. Let us work together for this. I appeal to every one (I support this), listen to your sense of conscience.

–          In case from Donetsk, Mariupol and other cities where we have our forces and peoples’ resistance movements, whatsoever, the armored vehicles are not driven away and checkpoints are not dismantled of the so-called “legal power” , I repeat, the “so-called”, actually, illegal power, I have enough of power and resources, and I was supported today by the Commander-in-Chief today,   all these will be destroyed and burn down. The raid and recon teams are ready to move forward and some already in their due positions.”
