IOUC – Full Ukraine Crisis Report (Dec 2013 – Jul 2014)

A full report on the situation in Ukraine, from the Euromaidan in December 2013, to the present situation today in July 2014. Footage from the most important moments during the crisis have been compiled into this full length documentary from a Politically Neutral Standpoint.

Proclamation of the People’s Republic of Donetsk

We , the people of the People’s Republic of Donetsk , according to the results of a referendum held May 11, 2014 and based on the Declaration of Sovereignty of the People’s Republic of Donetsk declare that henceforth Donetsk People’s Republic is a sovereign state .

Highest organ of state power in the People’s Republic of Donetsk is the Supreme Council, which forms the government of the People’s Republic of Donetsk and Donetsk , the Security Council of the People’s Republic. Based on the expression of the people ‘s Republic of Donetsk and to restore historical justice asked the Russian Federation to consider joining Donetsk People’s Republic of the Russian Federation.

Donechchina people has always been part of the Russian World , regardless of ethnicity . Russian history for us – it is our history . Russian and Soviet victory , including in the Great Patriotic War are our common victories. Originally Donechchina over many centuries was part of the Russian Empire , and only after a bloody disaster of 1917 . was separated from conventional administrative boundaries of Greater Russia . Donetsk- Krivoy Rog Republic , formed in 1918 , had a short period of time and returned to the RSFSR less than a year . As part of Ukraine, we lived most of the 20th century . But this was possible due to the fact that Ukraine itself was a territorial form a single state. 1991 was a disaster Russian Slavic world . But our people are still hoping that Ukraine , Russia and Belarus to restore its historical unity . This hope finally collapsed in March 2014 , when during the coup seized power in Ukraine Kiev junta professing neo-Nazi , racist ideology and Russophobe . And for a declaration calling not only deprive the Russians and Russian all right, but proceed to destroy them – ” Muscovites knives ” – followed by punitive operations and terror that claimed hundreds of lives Slovyansk , Odessa, Mariupol and other cities of Ukraine. In these circumstances, the people ‘s Republic of Donetsk in the democratic free referendum decided to create their own state – a democratic, national , sovereign , based on respect for human rights, on the superiority of social justice and friendship among peoples and the rule of law : the guarantee of life, liberty , dignity , etc . rights and freedoms. Historically, the vast majority of the population Donechchina adhered to the Orthodox faith and continues to profess it to this day. Recognizing this , and proud of the Orthodox identity , we commit to respect freedom of conscience and religion all traditional confessions and respect all possible points of view in the sphere of religion . Since the foundation of our statehood , May 11, 2014 , we wish to express our rejection of all forms of fascism, nationalism, chauvinism , racial discrimination in all forms. While in Ukraine , these forms will dominate , good-neighborly relations with our former compatriots residing west of our borders , we do not build . But we will defend the ideals of the People’s Republic of Donetsk : our freedom , sovereignty and independence, our idea of what it would cost us not . Quite different eyes we look at Russia , with which we are not only historically, culturally , religiously, economically, but also enter the space in common with her Russian Civilization.
